Get back in the game
Getting back into the swing of working out again is always tough. Working out may be hard when doing it but afterwards you will feel good and rewarded. You have to remember that results take time, so you may not see it for the first couple of weeks. Once you see your results, don't stop there and keep working. Your muscles will get used to your regular work outs so make sure to add need work outs in order for muscle confusion to take place.
Should Dodge Ball Be Allowed in Physical Education?
Do you think dodge ball should be allowed in P.E.? Personally I think that it should be allowed even though it has been ruled out. There are ways to make dodge ball more fun and safe. We do not use those hard rubbery kick balls anymore. We use soft gator balls. The equipment is more safe now a days. Also, there are different ways to play with out throwing at each other. have the students go for a cone or a net so students are being hurt. Lastly, I think that dodge ball is a game that most students enjoy and like to engage themselves in.
Bulls Vs. Heat
The Chicago Bulls are going to be playing the Miami Heat in the second round of the NBA play offs. Many people do not have as much faith in the Bulls as I do. Even though Derrick Rose is not coming back, most likely, I still believe we have the better TEAM. The Heat may have Lebron James, Dwayne Wade, and Chris Bosh, but we have an all around, more together TEAM. If you are a true Bulls fan you would believe that WE CAN BEAT THE HEAT!
Fitness and Nutrition
Many people want to get in shape but have a hard time doing so. One of the first things that you should know is that your diet is just as or even more important than the fitness performed. If you could get on a healthy eating schedule and do fitness along with it you will start losing weight in no time. It is said that avocados can help cure your craving for other foods, so try that first. Once you get started eating healthy it gets easier and easier as you go.
